With Digitas, we explored a better experience for applying for a credit card, the heart of American Express website.
With dozens of form fields, numerous steps and legal, we took as a challenge, to simplify and enhance this experience that is commonly seen as an ugly but mandatory step for applying for a card.
After many iterations, prototypes and user testing, the result was a responsive and touch-friendly design with fast and minimal data entry that dynamically exposes layers of information at the right pace.
For American Express accepting merchants, we designed a comprehensive tool to analyse their sales, observe trends and customer behavior through charts and visualizations.
Similarly, another tool we designed for merchants allows them to measure the success of their offers, visualized with interactive funnel charts and diagrams.
